This beautiful coffee is grown in iron-rich acidic soil at a high altitude that produces some of the most exciting and lively specialty grade coffee available. This coffee is fully washed and dried in raised beds. Roasted to a modern roast profile (in the range of a city roast) to emphasize the distinctiveness of this coffee.
