This washed and sun-dried coffee from the Chiapas region of Mexico is a real treat; notes of dark chocolate with slight citrus sweetness, a well-rounded, medium body, and one of the smoothest finishes we’ve tasted. Chiapas is leading the resurgence of Mexican coffee by focusing on soil management and agronomic best practices. It is roasted to a modern roast profile (in the range of a city roast) to emphasize the distinctiveness of this coffee.
